REQUIREMENTS:
1. All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” to the highest bidder with no warranty expressed or implied.
2. This is a CASH ONLY SALE. Payment is cash only, No Checks, No Credit or Debit cards will be accepted. Prior to removal of purchases, payment must be made in full immediately following the auction. There will not be time to leave to get money. If you don’t have the cash in your pocket, please do not bid.
3. Sales tax will be added to purchases unless a re-sale certificate is provided.
4. A $100.00 cleaning deposit is required from the winning bidder for each unit purchased. Units must be completely emptied, all items removed and broom swept cleaned within 3 (three) days.
All items are subject to prior redemption. Seller reserves the right to withdraw property from sale. Announcements from Troy Scalco Auction Services and otherwise, at sale time supersede all other postings and announcements.
