If I was visiting Holland this weekend, this is what I would do ↴
S A T U R D A Y [away from DT]
☕️ Start the day at [sooo cute and cozy]
🛍️ Head next door to the Market at the Ottawa County Fairgrounds! [and probably spend hourssss here + grab lunch at one of the food trucks!]
🍔 If you’re hungry, stop at for dinner [my favs are the pittsburgh salad and the harry s shroomin burger]
🌊 We love walking the beach and pier, so I’d definitely recommend stopping at Holland State Park for sunset.
🍦 A sweet treat for the ride back from
S U N D A Y:
🧇 Coffee + Waffles at [one of my favs! i spend wayyyy too much time here]
🕯️ Candle Making at [so many scents for a personalized souvenir + a fun experience, plus shop from some of your favorite Merchants and Makers vendors]
🌷 Spend the afternoon Downtown Holland! There’s soo much to see: tours, centennial park, the carnival, windmill island, dutch dancing, tons of cute stores!
🍟 Snack on junk food [deep fried oreos 😍]
🥃 Drinks at [fun drinks + speakeasy type vibe. make a reservation if you’re planning to eat/drink anywhere dt though!]
🍹 Alternate plan if you’re ready to leave DT, head to Saugatuck! So cute and the perfect place to walk around. In my opinion, is a musssst for drinks + truffle fries [or literally anything on the menu]
I’m sure I’m missing so many good Holland/Tulip Time events, what’s on your itinerary?
