One of the ministries that your purchase helps support Zambia Church Outreach
A rural church established with it’s mission to reach the most vulnerable population of 3 very impoverished compounds in Choma Zambia. The church ministry focuses on the poor, the widow the orphan and those living in extreme poverty. Weekly church outreach into the compounds not only includes evangelism but also supports identifies and reaches the most vulnerable of the pollution with food, medical care and family support. The church also regularly engages in various social justice interventions designed to prevent child trafficking, early childhood arranged marriage, and gender based discrimination.
Specific 2020/21 accomplishments of the church Ministry
1. A church building was completed so the churched no longer needed meet in a chicken coup. They now have space for 200 people. Avg. attendance each week is now 225.

2. With the new building the kids ministry (75 kids) now has an indoor place to meet as well.

3. Monthly widow care happens though the church where the poorest widows receive food from the Primach garden to take home and support themselves.

4. An evangelistic team visits the compounds weekly to help the poor.

5. During Covid monthly food and cleaning supplies distributions were organized. Over 1200 people received monthly support.

6. The church benevolent ministry helped build a house and care for a 95 year old blind widow after her 15 year old grandson (named Glad) (her primary caregiver) was tragically killed. The remaining young grandson has also had his schooling supported. The church repaired the dilapidated dwelling she lived in and has also developed a care team to provide weekly care to this widow.

7. Avg number of salvations through the church (serving the poorest of the poor) is 10-12 every month. Also have begun regular baptism services.

8. Built a football (soccer) field and play equipment to begin a youth ministry.

9. 4 mid week care groups are also functioning within the church.
