Quack, quack, hop, hop! Finally getting around to pulling things out and using them instead of storing them in a drawer. I usually have a plan for what I buy and if I doesn’t work out ….sell, sell,sell!!!!! Little riser/trivet from The Little Vintage Studio Ironstone flower frog from Found Things Tiny little green pot from Bernat Antiques White McCoy pot, metal frog, metal duck and little dish from yard sales. So fun pulling out things I forgot I had 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤣

Little Limoges ladies in a vintage Baccarat jar! Why? Why not! My love of lovely little things has no bounds! This little jam jar is only 4” high and has 72 little ladies just hanging out watching the view from their place in the hutch. I found this jar years ago in a box of clear glass, put it in my booth (2 different places) and it never sold. Too expensive you ask… nope! I priced it at $18.00. It’s Baccarat! I figured the vintage gods were speaking and telling me to keep it, so I did!!! Fast forward almost 8 years and I found THE PERFECT lovely little thing to go in it. Well, to be clear…… I didn’t find them Barndigger found them. I just bought them💕 It’s exciting to get back to building my collection. So many little things are just out there waiting for me💕

This is GED! GED does not like thrifting, antiquing, yard saleing (is this a word?🤷🏻‍♀️) or any of the stuff that comes with poking around other people’s things in the hopes of finding treasure. However, he does love b**r and me. Some days the b**r more than me 🤷🏻‍♀️ so he’s willing to get in the car and drive me pretty much anywhere I want to go as long as there’s b**r along the way. Now that’s love🥰 We had a fun weekend with lots of great finds (I’ll post them in stories) and ended the weekend hanging out with our good friends, Cari & Bill, at their lake house. Thank you for a fun afternoon! It was the perfect ending to a pretty darn great weekend! Now it’s time to decide what to keep and what to sell🤔 hubby

These little shoes…oh how they make my heart melt and full at the same time. This morning we’re missing the pitter patter of little feet, the tiny giggles, big belly laughs and that little voice calling for Lee Lee and Papa. Sweet Adeline is talking up a storm, running and I mean running….everywhere! We had a wonderful, very busy week with our sweet girls. The beach, Zoo and Aquarium were just a few stops along the way. Oh! And build a bear was a favorite as well. We miss you already. October can’t get here fast enough. Adeline and Katelyn Tekavec. 🏖️🐢🦒🐡💕💕💕💕

When your vintage friend brings you vintage things! Incredibly, it came with a letter from the manufacturer dated 1909. That’s 117yrs! She’s beautifully crazed with great patina and a little worn (the tureen, not the friend…although🤔) and she’s perfect! Thank you Beth Bigelow I absolutely love it🥰

We all know (or maybe we don’t🤷🏻‍♀️) how hard it is to find butter pats in the wild, yesterday I found 20 @ $20.00 a stack. That = a great deal 🥰

Well…. That’s a wrap! Thank you! I’m beyond thrilled and truly grateful that my treasures have found new homes. It was not an easy process but it was a necessary one! The last 2 years I’ve been stuck and holding onto my lovely little things in hopes of living my dream. I thought that looked like having my own shop, another booth somewhere, pop ups, flea markets…..I don’t know…. I don’t know what my vintage journey looks like going forward and that’s ok! Someday it’ll show itself but for now I’m going to enjoy traveling with GED, visiting our sweet girls in Idaho, collecting lovely little things, visiting friends and sitting seaside with my toes in the sand💕

It’s here! Beyond excited to have received my Good Character book by Stephen and David St. Russell.
Nothing else has graced this table until now! The book is absolutely wonderful and filled beautiful pictures ❤️

Just got back from a fun little weekend of glamping! If you’re looking for something different to do close by, this could be it. Our daughter works for Under Canvas and they just opened a new location in Dalton, NH located in the White mts.
We were the first guests and, as usual, the tents are perfectly appointed. Think 5 star hotel bedding!! Each tent has its own bathroom. Lots to do whether you like to hike, shop or relax all located close by. We hung out in the cute town of Littleton. It has great restaurants, breweries and shopping. We also went to Bethlehem for James Beard awarded Super Secret Ice Cream. There’s also a brewery there. Plus a quick stop in Whitefield where we enjoyed the best breakfast at Grandmas Kitchen. You should go!
