Please remember Grandma's Basement guidelines:

🔸️A sign up sheet is out the morning of sale by 6am. You are called in the order you signed up in.

🔸️No holds. We do not presale.

🔸️Do not steal.

🔸️No dogs allowed, please be respectful of the home, do not park on anyone's grass keep all 4 tires on street.

🔸️No bathrooms available.

🔸️We accept venmo, zelle, cash, credit & debit.

🔸️Discounts are on Sunday only, 50% off most ( not all) items Sunday. No discounts Saturday.

🔸️Hours: Saturday 8am to 2pm,
Sunday 9am to 3pm.

🔸️ Bring your own help & truck to move heavy/large items. We CANNOT HELP YOU MOVE HEAVY/ LARGE ITEMS.

🔸️We do not deliver.

🔸️Items must be removed from homes by 2:30pm Sunday.

DISH HOUSE🍽 ❗️TODAY❗️ Saturday (September 5th) 9:30am-12:30pm. We will allow several people in at a time over the 3 hours. One comes out, another can enter. ONE AT A TIME. It's very tight in the house. No need to sign up here on this post.

🔸️Sale over & house closed down at 12:30.
👉LOCATION- 813 Durham Street in Fuquay-Varina.
📦Bring your own box and wrapping.
