Hey everyone! We get A LOT of messages, A TON of spam, and unfortunately, a ton of comments from posts that are sent to us as messages. It clogs up our inbox and makes it incredibly difficult to get through and respond to actual customer messages.
So, to answer some of the most common questions I’m seeing while going through the hundreds of messages and emails today:

Questions about pricing, lead times, our process, what we offer, and more can all be found on our website.

Everything we currently offer is listed on our website. If it’s not on the website, we currently do not offer it.

Occasional or random offerings, such as BLEMS, will also be listed on the website when available.

We are located in Michigan. We do not have a storefront or retail store that you can visit. We have a workshop, and all orders and business are handled through our website.

We also have a shop phone number. If you’re waiting for a response and aren’t hearing back quickly enough, please give the shop a call. Our phone number is listed on our website.
