Great Sunday night at Respectable Street listening to incredible bands and dancing the night away with the best husband in the world Ian. After 39 years of marriage still having fun adventures. Wearing a kimono tee dress I created from our favorite restaurant P**C YEA tee and vintage yellow shears with rings saved for drama! Super fun Sunday with family and friends enjoying all the beautiful cars and hearing them at their most powerful. Thanks to Brian Redman Targa 66 event at Homestead Speedway for the inspiration. It was very very hot and the sun was at max power so wore my original version of cool SPF style. The corset and short jacket are reversible for style choices and sun protection. All garments made from a Goodwill men’s cool race car cotton shirt and other Goodwill fabrics. Can’t wait till next year. We will be bringing our own cars for the track experience and I can’t wait.

Day 2 of my 60’s race car dress. Here’s how I made the retro and cool circle pockets ⛔️. While babysitting my grandson and removing the seams for this Incredible Hulk 2008 fabric he let me know l need to make capes for his stuffed animals because his birthday is coming. Great way to learn how to tie a bow😁. Hope you add your own circle pockets to your projects.

How I begin my sustainable design journey 😁. I have been designing and creating one of a kind garments for men, women and children for a lifetime. My Brazilian mother made all her own clothing without patterns and I loved her covered but sexy style. Daughter like Mother😁. I call my style historical sexy nerd with a dark gothic underpinnings. Will be having creative fun and showing how my brain and sewing techniques works for you to create your own custom magic!

The finishing of my Winnie The Poo skirt. I took it out for a Sunday exercise drive with 2 of our cars. A 1972 Detomaso Pantera and a 1968 Gt500 Shelby Mustang. Both cars got their exercise and Ian and I had a blast! Along with the skirt I wore a Goodwill blue corset and funny Tigger tie.

Had a blast dancing and listening to great live music at Churchill’s Pub for Phlebotomy Vamp’s Bat Basel event. The Grey Tones were super along with all the punk bands. Super day today! This is how my creative process begins. Being a skin cancer survivor I always have my arms covered unless indoors or night fun. I have been adding kimono sleeves to my tees so I can wear them without a jacket. This tee I bought at a Sub Culture coffee shop in the hospital waiting for my grandson Ben to be born. Started the morning with our new peacock visitor. Checked out Goodwill for a white blazer to add my Winnie The Poo cotton but no luck. Did score a sexy race driver outfit and an apron for Ben. First time I saw this type of car. A Nissan Figaro debuted in 1991.
