Costa Rica – La Candelilla Micromill is produced in the renowned Tarrazú region, where La Candelilla helped pioneer Costa Rica’s micromill movement by giving producers complete control over processing and quality. The result is an exceptionally clean and expressive cup that highlights the region’s vibrant fruit and floral character. Look for notes of lychee jelly, crisp lemon-lime, delicate elderflower, and smooth mango puree, creating a bright, juicy coffee with an elegant finish.
Kenya – Gakundu AA Endu comes from the Gakundu Coffee Factory in Embu, where smallholder farmers cultivate coffee on the fertile slopes of Mount Kenya. This washed lot showcases the vibrant character Kenya is known for, balancing juicy fruit with layered sweetness and a refined tea like finish. In the cup, expect rich blackberry compote, warm cinnamon, deep molasses, and a bright finish reminiscent of lemon tea, creating a coffee that’s both lively and comforting.
