Ok here's what I see as of today for silencers. GOA Member can buy from B&T USA and SilencerCo direct and have them sent to me and we can do a 4473 and background check just like you would for a long gun. Or if not a member of GOA you can go though Silencers Shop and have it sent to me and we can do a 4473 and background check. But we seem to be haveing problems with Silencer Shop right now, but that might be they were hit pretty good. Also if you buy from ANYONE else but the one's I listed you will have to use a form 4. With the government all this is subject to change and we don't as of now have everything we dealers need to know. If you use your GOA membership you need to bring your membership card or your paper that says you joined. As I get info I will post here

If you do not want to use a form 4 to buy a silencer in Maryland buy it from silencer shop or one of the plainiffs in law suit. I can use a normal 4473 to process the silencer but if you send me one from somewhere elas need form 4

If you want a silencer without a form 4 you have to buy it though Silencer Shop and sent to me, or else you have to use a form 4. The law only covers Silemcer Shop for me to use

Mark these dates down. July 17 to 20 we are closed reopen July 21. Again July 24 to Aug 10 we are closed. If you send something to me there will be someone here to get but they can't do anything with it till I come back.
