I’m super petty and I will litigate to the ends of the earth even if you steal just $1 from the store, it’s already difficult without the added hassle. It’s about the principle, I will find you! 😆

Update on the scammer who stole from us…the order was partially refunded to the customer, he was blocked from ever buying from us again…it was also suggested we video every order we pack, good suggestion but just not feasible and it’s not that prevalent thank goodness, anyways that suggestion made me realize that where I currently package orders is under 24 hour video surveillance, though you cannot see exactly what each card is, you can clearly see 8 cards get packaged and shipped out, a small vindication on our part even though I knew we were right from the beginning. I can’t undo the refund but just know we are watching….

Alright, I just need to vent quick. This business again is pi***ng me off. People come up with new ways to try and scam you every single day. TCG Player recently put in protections to prevent people from stealing orders by saying they didn’t get them so what do they do now? Oh I will tell you, they will just say they only received the cheapest cards from the order and the most expensive cards were missing….No! Not just no but hell no! We pack one order at a time, do we miss a single card here and there? Sure it does happen, but never and I mean never would we miss half your order….and conveniently only the expensive cards? Kindly f**k off! This behavior kills small game stores and frankly makes me want to just close for good! I guess that’s what these people want!
