With the Billions of dollars that the governor his at his disposal we are fighting an up hill battle just as our military has done numerous times in foreign wars to free the people from tyranny. I find it frustrating that the anti 2A government folks and media keep saying we need better background checks on weapon sales. I have been in business selling and transferring weapons for 4 years and have records to prove that every law abiding citizen goes thru the Illinois State Police background check. This is documented on the federal 4473 form that the person has been cleared.
I would venture to say that folks (criminals) that are doing the shootings did not go thru a background check to obtain the gun that they used in the crime. This information needs to be reported by the media so that citizens are aware that this is how guns are obtained.

Folks the world is upside down right now. There is a bill that is in the Senate to allow the suing for financial gain of FFL holders and gun manufacturers if the gun is used in a crime. There is another one in the works to force hunters to carry high risk insurance, only hunt over a 1,000 ft from any domicile as well as much more. GET INVOLVED our liberties are being stripped and people don’t even know.

After reading the entire bill applied by the government I feel I can say this without reservation.
The beginning of the bill says that, “This bill enacted upon by the people of Illinois”( Not verbatim). Which I would say is not a correct statement since it was altered and added to 2 to 3 times after the original signing by the House of Representatives, and we the people never got a say in the actual contents. This “ in my opinion” is yet another control manipulation by a jaded elected officials. “We The People” need to step up to the plate, whether you own one gun, many, or none but support the rights given you by the constitution, and be heard like the folks that seem to control what the liberal government hears. Be Loud, Be Proud, Be Heard.
The government gets by taking one right away they will go after more till they control your life.

So he is going after them again with another batch of like minded 2nd amendment people for another Temporary Restraining Order. You can join at Thomas Devore on Facebook. Check it out. Well folks. Times are strange and getting more dangerous. It appears that lawsuits have been filed and one of them has already gotten a stay of ruing for now.
I am resuming business but, and it’s a big BUT, basically only for handguns that handle from the factory 15 rds or less, and rifles or shotguns that fall under the limits set forth in the bill. Police are exempt from the bill.
PLEASE GET INVOLVED. It seems most gun owners are expecting someone else to fight for their rights. We ALL need to be involved.

If you don’t belong to a Second Amendment organization there is no better time than now. Go public, voice your opinion. The bill is SB2510. Look it up and understand the implications it will be causing law abiding citizens. Felons don’t care, never have never will.

Get your transfers done now. Here we are at the impasse of 2A. I still do transfers and prepaid orders. I only charge my transfer fee over cost.
On another note WE need to make sure our voices are heard that we have the right to bear arms. Not the selection of politicians on what we can and can not own. So.
