Wet hop season comes and goes, & we go along with it. Neighborhop is our annual, once-a-year, wet-hop-tradition, an IPA brewed with Cascade and Centennial by Wayne County farmers. This year our friends at Fox Hill Farm supplied the goods. Grapefruit rind, pine resin, clean bitterness, biscuity malt backbone. This is a classic Pacific Northwest leaning IPA.

Fresh Tart | Sour Ale | 5.2%
A bright, easy-drinking sour built on a grist of Heidelberg Pilsener malt and flaked barley for a softer mouthfeel that keeps the tartness from feeling thin. Kettle-soured for a clean, approachable pucker - lactic acidity up front, not aggressive, more lemony-tart than vinegar-sharp. Light straw color, hazy from the flaked barley, with a pillowy off-white head.

A successful first season of trivia concluded last evening. Don't worry, we will be continuing trivia with Adam Owens Wednesdays at 6:30. Come for one day of fun or compete for an entire season.
