So proud of how these 🌱Kalo Leaf Hair Claws came out & did at the Blaisdell this weekend!

• Just some backstory: It took me 3 months just to perfect the design, color, detail, & size. I chose the Kalo Leaf as my very first design as a way to remind myself the reasons for creating this small business all while being full-time mom of 2 & working full-time… not only symbolizing a deep ancestral and spiritual link to the land which we, as Hawaiians, fight, sacrifice, & work so hard to survive on… but my love for my heritage, ancestry, & for those past & present who just want to be Hawaiians living in Hawaiʻi… so when you buy or wear one of these clips… this is the moʻolelo (story) that embodies it 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽

This was year ONE of having the privilege to participate in this Black Friday weekend event & hope to continue this tradition yearly!
