JOB TITLE: Cellphone Repair Technician

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Some work experience in retail/service industry.
Cellphone knowledge preferred but not necessary.
SKILLS:
-Strong knowledge of Retail procedures and systems
-POS proficiency
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Proven planning/organizational skills with a sense of urgency
-Must be able to effectively communicate both written and verbally with employees of all levels
-Must be a self starter with a strong customer service background
-Must have drivers license
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
-Able to sit or stand and walk throughout the scheduled work shift
-Able to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
-Full-Time only
