T yesterday our group took off from the center at 5:30am bound for the land of my people IRELAND 🇮🇪. It is now just after 7pm Dublin time and all I can say is that retirement life must be working out for our seniors! They are all out enjoying a river dance show and dinner whilst I had to take a nap in order to rest enough to tuck myself into bed!

We arrived at 8:30am, made it to the hotel, checked our bags and then took off on the hop on hop off buses. These buses are a really good way of getting the lay of the land especially when tired. Around lunchtime everyone split off to enjoy their first proper Irish meals. Some chose seafood, others chose pub food with stew being the favorite! I chose a sprite and the hotel lobby with wifi to get some grant work done!

The hotel did us a solid and got us into our rooms early which I was extremely happy about, but as I was checking in a group was already headed out the door to go shopping??? I have no idea where they get their energy, but I hope it starts rubbing off on me!

I promise the pictures will be better tomorrow!! Nite nite!!
