Join us next Monday, August 24th, from 6:30–8:00 PM for our Wellness Pop-Up at our shop-Ice Cream for Crow Vintage in Hood River.

The evening will include:
• Vinyasa yoga with Gaby | Yoga & Psychology
• A self-myofascial release workshop with Zen Diego
• Local nourishment from Native Provisions and with wellness snacks & beverages

Bring your yoga mat and water, and your cute little self!
