Major haul today!

Thank you to friends who call us up to say “Hey, I heard you have a booth. Come look through this stuff!”

With the help of my husband, Jason, mom and I searched through the home of the father-in-law of my mom’s childhood friend. He had collected during his 97 years on this Earth.

It was a treasure hunt through barns, buildings, home and basement.

Mr. Hawes was even a talented artist and we were able to bring home several of his beautiful paintings!

We can’t wait to clean up the boxes of amazing items we found and share them with you!

Thank you Mr. Hawes for seeing beauty in the items you collected. We promise to pass them on to those who will cherish them just as much.

We spend hours searching auctions, placing bids, driving to pick up purchases, unloading, cleaning, researching, identifying makers and patterns, photographing every angle, measuring, writing descriptions, pricing fairly, and getting everything ready for our booth and online.
