A few fluted and cerakoted barrels we completed recently! All of these ended up being honeycomb fluted, but we do offer different flute patterns too. If you are looking to cut some weight out of your steel barrel and give it a cool look - this might be for you!

Pricing depends on the flute pattern and barrel length. We can flute chambered barrels or we can flute barrel blanks.

We would like to congratulate our good friend and BPR supporter, Trent Keen on great finish at the MOST Series Finale a couple weeks ago! Trent ended up placing 3rd at the finale match and 3rd for the overall MOST Series!

Trent was running our LS1 standard short action, the LS drop in bottom metal, and LS scope mount, in a Foundation Stocks Samson. We have plenty of LS1 actions on the shelf and one more of the beautiful Samson stocks. This build is an LS1 action, with a CRB barrel chambered here at BPR in 25 SWC, in a Foundation Stocks Ezekiel, with the Game Tamer suppressor in the comp configuration, and a ZCO scope.

What a beautiful build! This setup is designed with the precision shooter in mind!

Build Details:
LS1 standard short action - 75 deg bolt throw
CRB barrel blank - Straight 1.25" at 24" long
Chambered in 6 Dasher with 5/8"x24 muzzle threads
Bix'n Andy Pro-X Single Stage trigger
Foundation Stocks Samson Competition Stock - dark distressed with aluminum inserts
LS Self Timing Muzzle Brake
LS Drop in Bottom Metal
LS Scope Mount
Leupold Mark 5 Scope

So many parts and components on our r***es are made right here in house at BPR! That is something we definitely are thankful for and take pride in! On this r***e we designed, programmed, and manufactured the - action, muzzle brake, bottom metal, scope mount, and chambered the barrel. We keep several of the other components, that we don't manufacture, on the shelf at all times too - we really try to be a one-stop shop!

Lane Shelley went down to Carbon Hill, AL this past weekend to shoot the PRS Pro Series - 2026 Federal Gold Medal Match and came home with the 5th place trophy! We are very proud of him and very thankful for a top 5 finish! This is his best finish for this season - it has been a challenging season juggling work, family, and matches!

Lane has one more 1-day PRS match for the season at Buck Creek Precision LLC for their Series Finale coming up on September 12th! Then it will be a waiting game for the PRS Pro Series Finale in November.

Lane has been running the 25 Dasher at most all of his PRS matches this season and has really liked it! He is the mastermind (designer and machinist) behind all of our BPR products, such as the LS1 actions and Game Tamer Suppressors, along with the gunsmith who chambers all the barrels that go out!

One of the projects we were able to finish up this week - a brand new barrel and muzzle brake for an original Re*****on model 700 long action!

The new barrel is chambered in 7mm Rem Mag. The barrel blank is a MullerWorks and is finished at 28" long. We also made a custom LS flush 4-port muzzle brake. The flush fit brake is so neat looking, not being able to see where the barrel and brake meet!
