Lane Shelley went down to Carbon Hill, AL this past weekend to shoot the PRS Pro Series - 2026 Federal Gold Medal Match and came home with the 5th place trophy! We are very proud of him and very thankful for a top 5 finish! This is his best finish for this season - it has been a challenging season juggling work, family, and matches!

Lane has one more 1-day PRS match for the season at Buck Creek Precision LLC for their Series Finale coming up on September 12th! Then it will be a waiting game for the PRS Pro Series Finale in November.

Lane has been running the 25 Dasher at most all of his PRS matches this season and has really liked it! He is the mastermind (designer and machinist) behind all of our BPR products, such as the LS1 actions and Game Tamer Suppressors, along with the gunsmith who chambers all the barrels that go out!

One of the projects we were able to finish up this week - a brand new barrel and muzzle brake for an original Re*****on model 700 long action!

The new barrel is chambered in 7mm Rem Mag. The barrel blank is a MullerWorks and is finished at 28" long. We also made a custom LS flush 4-port muzzle brake. The flush fit brake is so neat looking, not being able to see where the barrel and brake meet!

This 6 Creedmoor build came together perfectly! You couldn't have asked for the colors to match any better and that barrel just looked great in that chassis!

This here is a LS1 standard action with a 75 deg bolt throw. The barrel is a CRB, M24 contour at 22" long, chambered in 6 Creed, heavy spiral fluted, with a 2 color cerakote. The trigger is a Bix'n Andy TacSport Pro-X, the chassis is a MDT ACC Premier Gen2 with a folding buttstock, and the magazine is a MDT AICS metal 10 round mag.

When you get a barreled action done that looks as cool as this one, you just have to put it in a stock and take a few pictures!

This is an LS1 standard action with a CRB rem varmint contour barrel at 20" long, chambered in 25 Creed. Then the barrel was fluted in our honeycomb flute pattern, cerakoted, and polished back off. It is pictured in an AG Composites stock (which is currently available).

Take a look at these beautiful Foundation Stocks Samson Competition stocks that we currently have on the shelf! We have these available in the Dark Distressed and Black Micarta, one of each color with the Centurion grip and the MG2 grip, and the Brass and Aluminum Inserts (all right hand). These all have a short action, impact inlet - which is what works perfectly with our LS1 action and LS Drop In Bottom Metal.

If you are looking to build a PRS style competition rifle or just a heavier rifle for pleasure shooting, these stocks are the ticket! They are made out of micarta that helps reduce and deaden the recoil, to allow you to really watch and see your shot. These are the exact stocks that Lane runs on his PRS rifles and absolutely loves them!

This here is what you call the "Big & Little Enos Burdette" of fluted barrels! (If you have ever seen Smokey and the Bandit, you will understand the reference šŸ¤£)

We fluted these two barrels this week and shipped them back out to the customers. We knew the one barrel looked huge and when placed next to the smaller "normal size" barrel, it was definitely shocking lol!

The very large (32" long) barrel came in weighing just over 10 lbs and left weighing right at 7 lbs - talk about a quick weight reduction! We did forget to get a before and after weight on the smaller barrel though, we will try to do better next time.

Just an FYI: the smallest barrel contour that we can do the honeycomb flute pattern on is a Rem Varmint. We can do the other flute patterns on smaller barrel contours though, so don't feel left out if you have a smaller contour and would like it fluted.

Look at these beauties that we currently have available! These Foundation Stocks Ezekiel Hybrid Hunting Stocks pair perfectly with our LS1 actions and LS drop in bottom metals!

We just received the Black Forest color stocks today (bottom of the picture) and really like how they look! The Kiamichi Camo color stock is the one on the top, pictured with one of our LS DBM's. The Foundation Hunt color stock is the one in the middle. We have two of each color option currently on the shelf, ready for your next build!

These stocks are a perfect combination of carbon fiber and micarta, to make them light weight and reliable! If you are wanting to get the perfect build put together for the (quickly) approaching hunting season, this would be a great option!
