This is one summer event you won’t want to miss! Join the Dodge County Humane Society and the Dodge County Firefighter Association for a day packed with delicious food, bake sale, family fun, adoptable pets, fire trucks, K-9 demonstrations, bounce houses, vendors, raffles, and so much more!

Little late post but my sister has a Corgi that she loves dearly. For her graduation, I made a 5x5 shadowbox for her to take with her to college. I also made a corgi cake topper where she was able to remove the words and also put it into a 5x5 shadowbox after her party was done.

My Aunt need signs for the cupcakes and cake flavors so I made up some cute ones she ended up keeping for future parties.

We will be at two craft fairs this weekend. Am I crazy? Probably! Good thing me and my Ma are pros at setting up and tearing down 🤣. Can’t make it to Beaver Dam on Sunday, we will be in Germantown on Friday. Who can say no to a bunch of pups and beer? 😉

We are going to be in spot 362 this year, up by the snack shop (top right corner of the map). New item for this year is dog treats, homemade by my Aunt. They go great in our treat jars! 😉 I will also have a few hand painted scenes on canvas from one of my sisters.

We hope you’ve saved the date! The 55th annual A Day in the Park Craft Fair will be held at Swan City Park in Beaver Dam on July 12th from 9 AM to 3 PM. The park has been under renovation the last several summers, so we wanted to give you a sneak peek of what you should expect. Hope to see you there!

People at shows ask a lot about the paper layered shadowbox designs and honestly, most of them are bought from designers on Etsy. Designing takes a lot of work and time. If I designed everything I made, my prices would be a lot more which may not be affordable for my consumer.

When cutting designs, I do adjust colors to what I think looks good. I also customize designs to fit my customer’s needs. Below are a few of the customized shadow boxes I have made.

The pineapple/hedgehog was the only one I ever designed myself and it took me almost a full day to get the layers just right. Then it got deleted and I had to redo it 🤦🏼‍♀️

Have I ever mentioned that I know a cake lady? My Aunt does a phenomenal job. The first projects I started doing was making cake toppers for her. I might be biased but I think my toppers and her cake decorating go together like PB&J 😉.

On a side note , she also makes dog treats. I plan to bring treats with me to my craft shows this year since I started dabbling in treat jars. Of course you are going to need something to go into those treat jars. 😁

We did not make as much as last year, had a rough start at craft shows but summer helped pick up the slack a little. I choose Brown Paws Rescue as my cause to donate to for the 2025 year because I rescued Jax there in 2024. I was able to send them $67 from my proceeds. I want to thank everyone who supports D2Z Creations and is able to help me donate to great causes throughout Wisconsin.
