We’re looking at something a little different for Heart n Soul… a PERMANENT indoor Heart n Soul Marketplace where select vendors could secure their own dedicated retail space and sell beyond market day. 👀

✨ Your own mini shop space
✨ Indoor + climate controlled
✨ Permanent location
✨ Customer traffic beyond our monthly markets
✨ Marketing + business development opportunities
✨ And YES… you’d still run your own business and your own sales! 😂

We’re still working through the details, numbers, layout and whether this crazy little idea makes sense…

But before we go getting ourselves into something 👀😂

POV: This would’ve been vendor setup time. 🌩️😬

Lightning. Thunder. Wind going absolutely CRAZY. And this weather is expected to keep going until around 6–6:30 PM.

THIS is why we watch the forecast ahead of time and make decisions before everybody has loaded their cars, driven to the event, unloaded tents, set up displays… just to stand there watching their tent try to enter the witness protection program. 😭😂

And even if we somehow made it through setup, customers seeing THIS outside their windows weren’t exactly grabbing their wallets and saying, “Let’s go to the market!” 🥴

Sometimes the forecast changes. Sometimes Mother Nature minds her business. And sometimes… she provides live supporting evidence. 😂

So to our vendors who would’ve been setting up right about now…

You’re welcome. 😌😂

No, seriously — keeping our vendors, customers, and everyone involved safe will always matter more than forcing an event to happen just because it was on the calendar. 🧡
