Weather Alert and Temporary Facilities Closure:
UPDATE: 2:45 PM, April 8.
The Happy Hollow Fountain is online. All spring water fountains are back in operation.
UPDATE: 10:00 AM, April 7.
The thermal water system is online, including bathhouses and thermal jug fountains.
Fordyce phone system is back online.
UPDATE: 11:30 AM, April 6.
West Mountain Drive is open. All public buildings and roads and public areas are open in the park.
The thermal water system and Happy Hollow systems remain under repairs.
Phone lines are currently down at the Fordyce Bathhouse Visitor Center.
UPDATE: 9:15 AM, April 6.
Hot Springs Mountain Drive is open. West Mountain Drive remains closed until further notice.

The Fordyce Visitor Center will open today with regular hours 9am-5pm.
Other facility closures, including thermal water system, Happy Hollow Springs, and mountain drives remain under repairs.
The phone lines for the Fordyce are currently offline.
UPDATE: 4:15 PM, April 5.
Mountain drives on Hot Springs Mountain and West Mountain are closed to traffic.
Park staff will open the mountain roads as soon as possible.
UPDATE: 12:30 PM, April 5.
Thermal water fountains are temporarily offline.
Park staff is working to restore thermal water fountains and filling stations as soon as possible.

Hot Springs National Park has experienced significant rainfall over the last several days.
Due to concerns about high water and an abundance of caution for public safety, the Fordyce Bathhouse Visitor Center will close at 11:15am today, Saturday, April 5.
The building will remain closed for the rest of the day. Park safety personnel will assess conditions and work to re-open the visitor center as soon as possible.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please exercise caution when driving through flooded roads.
