Chickadees is a women’s clothing & accessories and fun gift store in downtown Houghton. We offer free gift wrapping on qualifying purchases. The store carries lines like Woodwick Candles, GingerSnaps,and Jody Coyote jewelry. We carry several Fair Trade lines from around the world. Exclusive to Chickadees are Jesus Said biblical

humor shirts and Yooper shirts. The store carries a large assortment of Lodge home décor items including an incredible assortment of wall Signs. Chickadees is committed to outstanding customer service and a truly unique product offering. Chickadees is located at 514 Shelden Avenue in downtown Houghton across from Book World. Look for our birch wood sign and big moose and bear out front. Check out our now famous rock chickadee that is embedded in the sidewalk at our entrance. The store is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,Thursday and Saturday from 10 am until 6 pm; Friday 10 am until 8 pm; Sunday 11 - 3. Hours may be extended for Christmas shopping.
