✨ Something new is coming to Modern Mercantile & Co! ✨

Starting August 21st, we’re opening up our storefront to Pop-Up Vendors every Friday & Saturday! 🤍

If you’ve been looking for a simple, affordable way to get your small business in front of new customers, we’d love to have you join us!

Here’s how it’ll work:
🌿 2-4 pop-up vendors each day
🤍 $25 half day / $35 open-close
🛍️ Indoor & outdoor spaces available
⛺ For now, vendors can provide their own setup. As our pop-up community grows, vendor fees will go toward purchasing shared setups for future events!
📝 A quick application is required so we can learn about your business, what you sell, and which weekends you’re available

We’ll also post a weekly Pop-Up Vendor Spotlight so everyone knows who’s joining us and can come shop local! ✨

Whether you make handcrafted goods, boutique clothing, baked treats, or something uniquely you, we’d love to help you grow your business and bring even more local shopping to our community.

Applications will be sent upon request! Tag your favorite small business below or share this with someone who would love to pop up with us. We can’t wait to see you! 🫶🤍🌿
