Fun fact of the day: A customer called and asked if I would dress up as Ms. Rachel for her granddaughter’s FIRST birthday party. 😂🩷

HOW CUTE IS THAT?! 🥹

But ME?! Of ALL people?! SHA. 😂

Ma’am, I don’t know the first thing about Ms. Rachel, but I am absolutely FLATTERED that you looked at me and thought, “Yep. That’s our girl.” 💀🤣

Y’all see the resemblance or nah?! 😂🩷

To the woman who just left my store, pitched a whole fit, and made a 17-year-old girl cry…

LET’S CHAT. 👋🏼

It is always SO interesting to me how these little performances seem to happen when I’m not there… or when I’m sitting in car line and can’t immediately step in.

Because if you’ve got that much energy for a teenager making $9 an hour and following the rules she was given, I’d LOVE for you to bring that same energy to me.

I’m the owner.
I made the policies.
I set the expectations.
And unlike my teenage employees, I do not get intimidated by grown adults throwing tantrums.

You are absolutely allowed to disagree with a policy.

You are absolutely allowed to be unhappy with an answer.

You are even allowed to take your business elsewhere.

But what we’re not going to do is come into my store, act completely out of pocket, make a teenage employee cry, and then somehow walk out convinced that everyone else was the problem.

At some point, if every employee you interact with is “rude,” every policy is “unfair,” and every situation ends with you being the victim… well, the common denominator might not be us.

Next time, ask for Jen.

Preferably when I’m actually there.

I’d be THRILLED to give you someone more capable of handling your behavior.
