Just a preview into tomorrow’s reel.
Can you guess what brand these are?

Bonus points if you can tell us the E string & what material the D string is made of.
This won’t be a hard one to figure out, but tomorrow’s reel will really make you think.

Studied a couple of the antique instruments and a couple of the modern violas in the shop over the week. Taking in as much detail as possible while keeping everything warmed up!
The Ovington viola is sounding particularly nice these days. If you’re looking for a smaller viola, we have a couple that really do offer a lot for their size.
Off to a performance in Dallas this weekend and Arkansas next weekend. If you’re in the area and would like us to bring some things, send us a dm! Happy to show things while we are there!
