IMPORTANT UPDATE
Like many FFL dealers, we are currently waiting for clear and official guidance from the ATF and our IOI regarding the proper administrative and compliance procedures for suppressor transfers on a Form 4473.
We strongly support the Second Amendment and the rights of our customers. At the same time, protecting those rights means making sure every transfer is handled correctly and in full compliance with federal law.
Until we receive clear direction, we are not willing to put our FFL, our employees, our business, or anyone’s livelihood at unnecessary risk by moving forward without certainty.
We know many of you are ready and waiting—and so are we. As soon as we receive clear guidance and are confident these transfers can be completed properly and legally, Accuracy Fi****ms will move forward.
