Chris is best known as the former percussionist and backing vocalist for the Grammy Award-winning multi-platinum metal band Slipknot. Performing with the band from 1998 to 2019, Chris became instantly recognizable for his signature long-nosed mask and his explosive, high-energy stage presence that helped define Slipknot’s legendary live performances.

During his time with Slipknot, he contributed to groundbreaking albums including Slipknot, Iowa, and Vol. 3: (The Subliminal Verses), helping shape the sound of modern heavy metal and solidify the band’s global impact.

We are beyond excited to welcome The Soska Sisters — Jen & Sylvia Soska, the groundbreaking filmmaking duo known as the “Twisted Twins,” who’s fearless, boundary-pushing work has redefined modern horror!

Jen and Sylvia Soska have carved out a unique and uncompromising voice in horror cinema, celebrated for their bold storytelling, striking visuals, and fearless exploration of taboo themes.

They exploded onto the international horror scene with their cult sensation Dead Ho**er in a Trunk (2009) and followed it up with the critically acclaimed American Mary (2012), now regarded as a modern horror classic. Their provocative body-horror remake of David Cronenberg’s Rabid (2019) further cemented their reputation as masters of stylish, disturbing, and emotionally charged horror.

Their diverse filmography also includes See No Evil 2 (2014) for WWE Studios, The ABCs of Death 2, Vendetta, and segments in numerous horror anthologies. Beyond directing, the Soskas are also actors, writers, producers, and comic creators, contributing to major franchises such as Marvel, DC, Image Comics, and Heavy Metal Magazine.

Please welcome JERRY WALLACE to the Houston Horror Film Fest - (August 7th - 9th, 2026) for a VERY RARE Texas appearance!

JERRY WALLACE, whose unforgettable performance helped shape one of horror’s most iconic villains in Friday the 13th Part 2.

Wallace, a production assistant on Friday the 13th Part 2, stepped into horror history by portraying Jason Voorhees — credited as “The Prowler” — in several key kill scenes, including the brutal murders of Alice Hardy (Adrienne King), Vickie Perry (Lauren-Marie Taylor), Crazy Ralph (Walt Gorney), and Jeff Dunsberry (Bill Randolph).

This groundbreaking portrayal marked the second on-screen appearance of an adult Jason Voorhees and, most notably, the first time the character was ever shown committing kills on screen, cementing Wallace’s place in slasher cinema history and helping define the terrifying legacy of Jason.

Friday the 13th Part 2 remains a cornerstone of ’80s horror, beloved for its suspense, shocking kills, and the full introduction of Jason as the franchise’s central villain — with Wallace’s performance playing a pivotal role in that transformation.
