Not too long ago I experienced an allergic reaction to some allergy medicine that I was taking for a Eustachian tube failure.

The bumps felt as inflamed as they looked and were on both sides of my face but mostly concentrated on one side. I obviously stopped taking the prescription that day to prevent a more serious reaction. I grabbed some Benadryl cream for some topical relief cause what can u take for an allergic reaction when ur allergic to allergy medicine. That helped get the heat off of it for while then it was time to clear them up.

I changed my pillow case, wore a new clean mask everyday. Took pictures to track progress (and so y’all can have proof in case y’all need to sue someone if I died 🤣) then washed my face twice a day with black soap and moisturized with Shea butter from Shea So Sexy! Twice that week I did a clay mask to absorb any toxins and dry out the red swollen bumps. 6 days later all the bumps had flattened out and were no longer red, within a week my skin was back. I gently exfoliate once a week now to even my tone out and I use witch hazel wipes to refresh my face in Hot humid Houston.

Healing is such an intimate experience. I never ask my customers to leave reviews but when I got this one I knew it was more than a review.

As a believer and practitioner of holistic remedies I tend to get discouraged. There are so many haters. I’m constantly defending what I know to be true because I was there, I lived it, I healed it. It used to be difficult to ignore the naysayers, not anymore. These remedies work, really work. Some work will be hard, other work might be as easy as sitting over a pot of warm herbs once a week. I’m taking the easy route these days!
