As a small business we appreciate honest reviews. It helps us improve our products and helps new customers get comfortable with an unfamiliar brand. However, reviews can sometimes be frustrating. This person left us a seemingly great review on Amazon but they haven’t even tried the product. We are getting a 4 / 5 star review based on the look of the product. Everything about this review seems positive but we only earned 4 of 5 stars for sometimes haven’t tried yet.
