ONE-TRIP 10' CONTAINERS WITH A WALK-IN DOOR — 4 IN DALLAS.

Ten-footers are the hardest size in the business to get. They don't come off a ship at this length — they're cut down or purpose-built, which is why the 10' is the most expensive container per foot on the market and why most yards just tell you they've got 20s.

We've have four. One-trip. Meaning one loaded crossing from the factory and that's the entire life of this box — clean walls, tight seals, doors that actually operate, no rust, no patches, no previous owner's dents.

What it is NOT: finished. This is a shell. No electrical, no insulation, no HVAC. We're telling you that up front instead of after your card clears.

This is the same one-trip box underneath, and you finish it your way — spray foam, mini split, your own electrician, your own layout, your own budget.
