"Brand new." Probably meaning: right out of the autoclave 😆. Caveat emptor. This is a factory-grown specimen. They probably started out with a "bull-quartz" base, drilled holes, and planted real (but low quality) quartz points, and stuck it in a large heated and pressurized cylinder, called an autoclave. There, over the course of a few months and a LOT of kilowatt-hours, they grew the quartz points into larger pieces and simultaneously 'locked' them together, and little sidecar points developed on them, too. Truly, I appreciate the technology and effort required to produce this, and fault no one for doing it or wanting to have one - if you feel it's worth the money, it is your money. The problem is the lack of transparency - they imply it is natural ("Newly discovered") 🤬. No one should have to ask whether it is factory created!
