This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a company that has provided quality filter service for over 70 years in South Texas. All applicants must be serious about developing a career and committing to their personal and professional development. Work will consist of 20% in-house warehouse support and 80% filter technician services. Background check and drug screening required for all potential candidates. If you cannot pass a drug/criminal background check, or do not have an ACTIVE drivers license, please do not apply. Medical benefits offered to individuals who progress after probationary period.

REQUIRED Qualifications:

*Demonstrate mechanical aptitude

*Valid/clean drivers license

*Pass a background/drug check

*Operate power and hand tools safely

*Perform filter changes and complete filter checklist paperwork unassisted

*Complete necessary paperwork legibly

*Follow directions as given

*Work with and climb ladders ranging from small step ladder to 28 foot extension ladder

*Commit to developing customer service skills

*Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. (case by case basis, not routine)

*Adaptable to working in hot/cold temperatures that vary with season.

Duties, Roles, & Responsibilities:

*Arrive at work on-time regularly

*Relocate from one jobsite to another as dispatched during the workday

*Continuously report to dispatcher/office manager

*Operate company vehicle as needed

*Follow instructions from supervisor and carry out in timely manner

*Report problems to supervisor

*Ability to work a staggered schedule if required

*Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times

*Ability to work as a team

*Complete all service related forms properly

*Complete other duties as assigned

*Ability to communicate effectively
