Jackson Soloist in for a pickup install with splits on both pickups, plek fret level and setup, and a bone nut replacement. Fender Strat in for a standard plek level and set up. G&L Asat in to have the jack replaced, saddles replaced, and reset up and intimated.

Just finished getting this Tele pleked and polished up. Ready for strings and set up and then she’s on her way home!

Awesome custom shop relics in today! On the Tele we pleked the frets and raised the action to medium at the bridge and raised the treble strings a bit at the nut to make this guitar easier to play with a slide, but still maintaining comfortable action for chording and solos. On the ES 335 relic, we swapped the original PAF Gibson pickups for some OX4 pickups that sound amazing!

LP custom pleked for the lowest action possible with 10-52 strings in E flat. Replaced the nut with a tusq XL nut and splayed the string slots to help eliminate tuning instability. This Gretsch was in for the same treatment! New bone nut with splayed nut slots and a plek fret level and set up for super low action.

Had a Strat in for a refret. The customer wanted to make the switch from jumbo to something more vintage and thinner, but taller. For this we went with the jescar equivalent to 6105 wire. With any of our refrets, we use the plek machine to replane the fretboard to the correct radius. Once the frets are installed into the fretboard and the fret ends are beveled and rounded over, we then use the plek again to level and crown the frets as well as have it rough cut a new bone nut.
