Quick reminder while we’re away at h+h… We will resume normal hours tomorrow (Saturday)! 🧡

We’re headed to h+h Houston! 🙌🏾

TSB will be closed Wednesday 9/30 & Thursday 10/1 while we head to h+h. There will be no classes or events either, and we’ll be back to normal hours Friday.

I’m really excited for these next couple of days — especially getting to sit on a panel and talk shop with some other women in the industry. And of course, I’ll be doing plenty of looking while I’m there. 👀😂

Intro to Improv weekend = DONE. ✂️

Two days of cutting things up, moving them around, changing our minds, trying something else… and watching every piece go in its own direction. 🤭

That’s the fun of improv.

Huge thank you to Debbie for spending the weekend with us, sharing her process, and getting everyone to loosen up and PLAY a little.

And good news… she WILL be back. 👀🎉

We’re already planning another round of Intro to Improv — plus something NEW that I’m really excited about.😬 But… I’m not spilling the beans on that part just yet. 😂

We’re Open Tomorrow 💛

A quick update for Saturday: classes and scheduled events are moving forward as planned, and we will be open.

Our classroom is cooling and ready for our guests, but we are still dealing with an ongoing HVAC issue affecting the front lobby and main retail area, so retail access will be monitored and may be limited or adjusted depending on conditions throughout the day.

We’ll do everything we can to keep everyone comfortable while continuing to serve you, and online shopping remains available as always.

Unfortunately, situations out of our control sometimes happen, and this is a post I’m saddened to have to make. 😞

The Sewcial Box will be temporarily closed for in-store shopping for the remainder of the day on Thursday, 9/17, and Friday, 9/18, while building & HVAC issues are being addressed.

Scheduled classes and events are being handled separately, and we will contact registered students directly if anything changes.

Our online shop remains open 24/7 at www.thesewcialbox.com, and your continued support truly means a lot right now. 💜🙏🏼

While we plan to reopen Saturday, 9/19, I'll share an update here if anything changes.
