We are not on this page on a regular basis. We mostly do business word of mouth. I am making this post because I recently found that someone from New Jersey made a derogatory post about our business he claimed we charged a deposit which we never do.When I Iooked at who he was I realized he is from New Jersey. Other people commented and someone claimed that we had terrible business who was in New Mexico. This post was 17 weeks ago sadly I am just seeing this. Many others not knowing these are mistakes commented also.We communicate through our phone number 832-880-2742 answered by a person. We try to be flexible and also book via text for your convenience. We sometimes deliver a day earlier to avoid being late. Saturday Houston traffic is notorious for being unpredictable. We don't require a deposit. We take you in good faith that you will live up to your end of the bargain. We have never been stiffed and we have never let anyone down. We provide service for Houston Texas and the surrounding areas. We are a family owned business and have been told we are the lowest price in town. We deliver and pickup with no extra fees. Our rentals are 24hrs. We keep extra everything in our vehicle and provide our own hoses and extention cords. We have extra cords as well. If you have rented from us please make a positive review for us. A few of our customers did respond in our defense however they were told we were not a good business anymore!

Update:
After making this post I reached out to the person that made the derogatory statement and this was his response as I requested politely for him to remove it.

As I’ve told many other people and companies.. I did not make this review on your page .. I specifically made it on the page of 386 Bounce Co .. they have since blocked me or something but I do not know why the review is being seen on other companies all over the nation ..

I unfortunately won’t take it down because me along with many others have had a lot of issues with said company and it needs to be know ..

I apologize in advance .. but there’s not much I can do .
