There comes a point where you realize your business has grown beyond what you could ever do alone.

Vale has been by my side since 2022, and I can honestly say B|A wouldn’t be where it is today without her. From late nights in the shop, weekends at events, last-minute client requests, and everything in between, she’s shown up every single time.

We’ve grown together. We’ve taken on bigger projects, learned through challenges, celebrated wins, and built something I’m incredibly proud of.

She’s never been “just an assistant.” She’s been a teammate, someone I trust, and a huge part of this journey.
