Company Overview: Family owned and operated for over 70 years, we serve the Hudson Valley with Residential and Commercial Ag & Turf Equipment, Service and Parts. Our two locations sell and service brands like: John Deere, Ventrac, Ariens/Gravely, and Stihl.
Job Overview: We are looking for someone with experience working on a variety of equipment that we deal with. The right candidate will have access to factory training programs available to expand their knowledge. This is a Full Time Position for an individual who is self-motivated, and can manage their time efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform equipment service and repairs in a timely manner, in-line with industry standards for the jobs assigned.
Communicate with Service Manager daily for assignments.
Work cooperatively, and efficiently the whole work day.
Qualifications:
1+ Years experience working on engines and hydraulic systems.
Knowledge of 2-stroke equipment and common issues is a huge plus.
Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
Ability to stand, stoop, or crouch for extended periods of time, and ability to regularly lift 50lbs+.
Compensation to be based on experience.
