Here's a bit more about the owner and founder of Droplets of Wellness:

I am a wife and mom, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Crystal Healer and Medical Intuitive. 🙂

I grew up in the Midwest and spent most of my childhood outside exploring. I am somewhere in-between a complete tree hunger and a fast-food lover! My family and I are learning to do better with our wellness each day. We are learning to accept that many times things can't be explained by modern medicine and to find our own answers. We choose to believe that energy medicine is a wonderful tool in our wellness toolbox. My family uses essential oils, crystals and energy healing, but when we need another option, we'll use that too! It's all about finding a happy medium at a pace we can handle. I educate and inspire every single day to help those who may not know they need help. I strive to bring awareness to the power of energy work and help you learn how the earth and energy healing can provide for you. Back to Yourself is a 90-minute Reiki-infused sound experience created for parents and caregivers. That will include tea, gentle somatic grounding, a guided meditation or Yoga Nidra, and an extended sound bath to help you relax, reset and reconnect with yourself.

We will also include a nicely appointed wellness gift bag, so you can extend some self care for yourself at home.
