Are you paying attention?

Are you listening to your inner senses? Are you using them to discern truth, recognize authenticity, and understand what is happening around you?

We often think of extrasensory perception as the ability to predict the future or see what lies ahead.

But what if that's not its greatest purpose?

What if intuition is less about predicting what's going to happen and more about seeing what's happening right now—more deeply, more clearly, and beyond what appears on the surface?

Noticing what isn't being said. Recognizing when something feels authentic and when it doesn't. Sensing the difference between what we're being shown and what we know to be true.

Perhaps our inner senses aren't meant to tell us the future.

Perhaps they're meant to help us navigate the present, make more conscious decisions, and trust what we already perceive.

The question isn't always What's going to happen next?

Sometimes it's simply Am I paying attention?

Cold weather is coming, and if your lips are anything like mine, they know it before the rest of you does. 🍂🍂

If there's one little thing worth stocking up on before the heat goes on and the winter air settles in, it's a good chapstick.

Our all-natural chapsticks are one of those simple things I like to keep everywhere—a purse, coat pocket, bedside table and definitely the car.

Made with simple, natural ingredients, they help keep your lips soft and protected without a long list of things you don't need.
Grab a couple now and tuck them away for the cold months ahead.

Because somehow you can own five chapsticks and still never have one when you need it. 😂

They're stocked at Regina's Connection now. 💋🌿

Not every cup of tea needs a purpose.

Sometimes it's the warmth of the mug in your hands.

The smell while it's steeping.

The excuse to sit down for ten minutes.

The little ritual of choosing what you want, putting the kettle on and waiting.

Yes, herbs are fascinating. They have histories, traditions and uses that have been passed down for generations.

But sometimes the benefit of a cup of tea is simply that it makes you stop for a minute.

And maybe that's enough. ☕🍂

✨ Knot Magic:
The Art of Binding Intention

A Live Online Workshop & Creative Ritual Experience

For centuries, knots have carried meaning beyond their practical purpose. They have been tied for protection, wishes, remembrance, and the symbolic binding and releasing of intentions.

Join Regina's Connection for an exploration of knot magic, where simple lengths of cord, twine, and ribbon become meaningful expressions of intention.

During this live, 90-minute Zoom workshop, we'll explore the folklore of knot magic, the symbolism of colors and fibers, and the traditional and contemporary practices of tying intentions into knots.

Together, we'll create three different knot workings, including a nine-knot charm and a simple releasing ritual.

Your workshop includes a thoughtfully prepared kit mailed directly to you, filled with cords, ribbons, and printed guides—everything you'll need to participate from the comfort of home, apart from a pair of scissors.

No experience necessary. Just bring your curiosity, creativity, and an open mind.

Some things are meant to be held. Others are meant to be released.

✨ Introduction to Weaving & MagicT
The Art of Weaving with Intention

For centuries, weaving has been more than the creation of cloth. It has been a practice of patience, storytelling, symbolism, and connection.

Join us at Regina's Connection for a creative exploration of weaving as a form of meditation, intention setting, and personal reflection.

In this hands-on workshop, we'll explore the fundamentals of weaving while discovering how color, texture, natural fibers, and meaningful symbols can be incorporated into a personal piece.

Each participant will create a small woven work inspired by an intention of their choosing—perhaps healing, protection, renewal, gratitude, or simply finding a moment of peace.

Through the gentle rhythm of weaving, we'll explore the connection between our hands, our thoughts, and the things we wish to bring into our lives.

No weaving experience is necessary.
All materials will be provided.

Come with an intention. Leave with something meaningful, made by your own hands.

Some recipes stick around for a reason.

Bronchial Brew has been one of our most popular tea blends for years. The recipe was passed down to me by a wonderful herbalist, and it has become one of those tried-and-true blends that people come back looking for every tea season.

It's a traditional blend of mint, nettle, hibiscus, lemongrass, mullein, hyssop, PA-free coltsfoot and other herbs traditionally used to support respiratory comfort—with plenty of antioxidant-rich herbs in the mix as well.

It's minty, herbal, slightly tart and just really good in a warm mug.

There are always new herbs to discover and new blends to try, but sometimes the old recipes earn their place on the shelf.

Bronchial Brew is back. 🌿☕

October is a good month for clearing out more than cobwebs. 👻

Sometimes a space just feels like it needs a reset.

Open the windows. Light some incense. Burn a little sage. Let the smoke move through the room and imagine whatever has been feeling heavy moving right along with it.

Smoke has been used in spiritual and cultural traditions for centuries—for cleansing, prayer, protection, ceremony and simply marking a change in the energy of a space.

And October seems like the perfect time for a little clearing out.

We've got sage and incense in the shop if your house is feeling like it could use a reset.

Bad energy, stale moods and lingering ghosts...

Consider yourselves warned. 👻🌿💨

One thread at a time.

That's really all weaving asks of you.

The shuttle moves back and forth. The be**er comes forward. Another thread finds its place.

Then you do it again.

There is a rhythm to weaving that keeps you right where you are. Your hands are busy with what's in front of you, and somehow your mind begins to quiet.

And that's often when something else happens.

A solution to a problem suddenly appears. A message ?
Ideas starts to take shape.
Your imagination wanders somewhere new.

You simply find a little relaxation, peace and joy in the rhythm.

I think that's one of the things I love most about weaving.

You can see the scarf taking shape on the loom.

What you can't see is what may be taking shape within you. 🧶

he only thing that can go on the stove this time of year. 🍂

A simmer pot is one of my favorite simple ways to make the house feel like fall.

Add a few things to a pot of water and let it gently simmer on the stove: This recipe is for prosperity and protection of your wealth

🍎 Apple slices
🍊 Orange slices or peels
🌿 A few sprigs of rosemary
✨ 2–3 cinnamon sticks
✨ A few whole cloves
✨ 2–3 star anise

There's no exact recipe. Use what you have, add more water as it evaporates, and keep it on a very low simmer while you're home and able to keep an eye on it.

Before long, the whole house smells warm, spicy and welcoming—without needing a candle or artificial fragrance.

Sometimes creating a cozy home really is that simple.

Put a pot on. Let it simmer. 🍎🍊🌿
