Q. we accept checks, cash & all major credit cards. we spend months before our event stocking up inventory & offer sneak-peeks on facebook {yes ok, maybe to tease you a bit...}. the amount we have on hand will always vary and we want everyone to have the same chance to be able to buy it, which is why we kindheartedly turndown reserve/hold/presale requests. alas, trying the best way we know how, to make all sales fair. and also square. what is your return policy? once purchased: all goods are yours to keep. however, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. are there any special washing instructions? Tender loving care tips to elongate the life of your clothing are:
hand washing is recommended. hang to dry.
*if machine washing:
-gentle/low spin cycle
-put inside out in tied pillowcase for protection.
-hang to dry.
