Books from home - Bring them! Authors will be happy to sign books from home. But don’t forget to support the authors with on site purchases too!
Book carts - Bring them! We want you to navigate comfortably!
Advanced lineup - Registration for each signing wave will start 1 hour before the doors open. You will check in at the registration desk in the lobby, get the appropriate wrist band(s) and pick up your RITV website pre orders. Then you’re free to enjoy the 360 free camera before exiting the hotel and getting into the signing line
Yes! Signing line will be outdoors! Please plan accordingly and bring sunscreen and water! We will have a rainy day plan, but will not be able to use it unless it’s raining!

The general timelines are noted below. I’ve included both Author / Vendor only - and general public info below. I want to be clear which items are for ‘all’ and which aren’t, as denoted below!

7am: Set-up for Authors and Vendors
9am: Registration for Attendees / Line up For A.M. Signing Wave
10am-12:15pm: Doors Open First Signing wave
12:15pm-12:45pm: Lunch / Break – All attendees must exit the signing room
11:45m: Registration for Attendees / Line up For P.M. Signing Wave
12:45pm-3pm: Doors open for second signing wave
3pm: Doors Close, all attendees must exit the signing room
