Happy to these two maniacs! I am not sure I have ever seen two animals, not related, bond so tightly at the very first moment they met. Thanks for being loving, crazy, caring and hilarious.

Last night was just one of those nights that felt like magic. I am still just in awe of the wizardry that the team Restaurant Constance Your Farms Your Table posses’s. Thank you to the whole team and always a huge thank you to Ann Marie Stefaney and Sam Diminich for trusting in the quality of what we do here.

It was also such an honor to sit with Mai Yang and her husband Cao (I know for sure I did not spell that correctly so I’m sorry!!) and hear all about their story and their farm up in Taylorsville, NC.

I am still holding so much gratitude for this opportunity and also for each and every person who attended the evening also. Thank you, thank you, thank you. I hope to see you in the shop soon.
