Every day, for the last 3 weeks, Ricky has been asking me to make my home-made spaghetti, so today I made it!

Step 1: Heavily brown the sausage and meatballs. That's what makes it GRAVY, and not sauce.

Step 2: Add 2 cans of CENTO Pomidori Pelati (Peeled tomatoes) and add proper spices (Garlic, freshly ground Black Pepper, Basil, maybe a little more Garlic) and simmer for hours. Let that smell permeate Gun shop, so that even customers are gladly willing to try it.

Step 3: Add Salt to a pot of boiling water and cook Angel Pasta until it is Al-Dente (to the tooth). That means it has a slight resistance when you bite it, not soggy. The salt imparts a great flavor to the Pasta.

Step 4: Dish out pasta, quickly, as it continues to cook on the plate (that's why you want it really ad-dente, so it's not mushy)

5) Add FRESH Basil, and Locatelli Cheese (Pecorino Romano) as per taste. That means LOTS!!!! I added a nice slice of Mozzarella to mine as well.

6) Enjoy with friends that work at TopGun-Airguns, as well as any strangers that either come in the store, or walk by in the alley (seriously, we feed anyone that wants to enjoy a good meal).
