Quality hair products!

Okay ladies, this one's on you!
My hair has always been thin, I have a lot of it but thin in nature. But now my hair is thinning out, A LOT! Almost have as much hair as I had in the last 5 years.

So I am looking for NATURAL effective ways to thicken, regain quality, and keep it from thinning! I am happy to hear your suggestions, any and all, however would prefer the avoid costly (as I don't have much $ to spend) or chemical based products( I don't use products on my hair but rare occasions and don't blowdry)!
