My name is Laura Melvin, and I am delighted to call myself a seamstress. Dedication is required to master this time-honored and detailed profession. I love what I do, and I hope my passion gives you peace of mind knowing that your precious gown is in the best of hands. I work from home which keeps my prices low and makes your fitting appointments more comfortable. Every gown is different, so I cannot list exact prices for each individual alteration. Please feel free to message me for an estimate. My location is not handicap accessible, so I offer FREE mobile appointments done in the comfort of your own home for those individuals who are in need. "Even miracles take a little time." I recognize that event dates are currently uncertain, but it is to everyone's benefit to set an appointment as early as possible. I will work with you if dates change.

"Joelle" is the perfect blend of classic bridal and modern romance. The all-over Alencon lace makes this wedding dress feel like a fairytale while the square neckline with straps adds a fashion forward twist. We love that her lace bodice can come with or without a lining.

What would you name your wedding dress if you had the chance? Would she be named after your grandmother? Your favorite flower? Your favorite heroine? We have around 10 dresses in our gown library that are still waiting for their names. The first bride to claim her gets to name her.
