Back to what matters most: saving lives! 🐾

After the week we had last week, we're more than ready to get back to focusing on what we do best: finding loving homes for the animals in our care. ❤️

And that's exactly why we need YOU more than ever.

Did you know? 👉 Every single person you see at our Thrift Store, from the register to behind the scenes, is a volunteer working to help animals. But the care these animals need while they're in our program isn't free. We count on our amazing customers and donors to keep it going.

Every purchase you make pays for spay and neuters and helps feed, shelter, and care for an animal waiting for their forever home. 🐶🐱

📸 Scroll through the photos to see the great new items we got in this week, then make plans to come shop! We even added some of our cute fur-babies ready for homes🐾

🛍️ OPEN: Wednesday–Saturday, 11am–3pm

📍 920 Wi******er Rd NE

Shop. Save. Save a life. 💕

👇 Tag a friend who loves a good thrift find, and share this post to help spread the word!

09/24/2026

🎉 WE'RE OPEN TODAY! 🎉

💡 The power is ON!

📝 The account is officially in OUR name!

🐾 And best of all… ALL the fur babies are BACK! 🐶🐱❤️

Thank you for your patience while we worked through this. Because we couldn't open yesterday, we lost a full day of sales, and we need your help to make it up! 🛍️ Please make a point to stop by this week and shop with us. Every purchase goes straight to caring for our animals.

🕚 We're open the rest of the week through Saturday, 11 AM – 3 PM!

📍 920 Wi******er Rd NE, Huntsville, Al

💙 We're still fundraising to cover:

✅ The cash deposit at Huntsville Utilities

✅ Almost $1,200 in vaccines that were ruined when the refrigerator lost power 💉

Every dollar helps, and every share helps too! 🔁

🙌 A HUGE shout-out to our amazing volunteers, who kept showing up to sort and organize the store even without power. You are the heart of this place, and we couldn't do it without you! 💪❤️

Come see us, bring a friend, and help us get back on our feet (and paws)! 🐾

Update! Our power has been restored IN OUR NAME!!

A huge thank you to Cassandra at Huntsville Utilities, Caleb at Fox 54 and Grant Animal Clinic!

💵We are still in fundraiser mode as we have to raise the $3950 deposit, however, Huntsville Utilities has graciously given us 5 days to raise the funds.

🛒🛍️ And guess what, our thrift store will be open regular hours the rest of the week! Please come shop and get us closer to our goal.

💔 We won't be able to open our thrift store today, and we need your help.

Our volunteers have poured their hearts into sorting, organizing, and getting beautiful donations out on the floor for you. We were so excited to open our doors, and we're heartbroken to have to share this news.

Our power has been shut off. We recently learned that our landlord's surety bond with Huntsville Utilities lapsed, and the power to our building was cut as a result. We've been waiting two days for him to resolve it, and we still don't have answers.

The hardest part is that our adoption center is also without power. Right now, our team is scrambling to get our puppies, cats, and kittens somewhere safe and comfortable until the lights come back on.

🙏 A huge thank you to Grant Animal Clinic! The moment they heard our animals were in need, they stepped up and opened their doors, taking in as many as they have room for. We can't thank them enough for their kindness and generosity. If you're looking for a vet who truly cares, please show them some love and give them your business. They showed up for our animals, and we hope our community will show up for them. ❤️

Here's how you can help:

🐾 Foster a pet, even for a few days. We still urgently need temporary homes for puppies, cats, and kittens until power is restored.

💡 Donate toward a utility deposit and our current bill. If we can raise the deposit ourselves, we can get our power turned back on without waiting on anyone else. We will also need help paying our current bill since we have no income while the store is closed.

🏠 Help us find a new home. If you know of an available building in the area that could house our thrift store and adoption center, please reach out. We have so many other issues with this building owner that maybe this is a sign we need to move.

📣 Share this post. Every share helps us reach someone who might be able to help.

We know many of you were planning to shop with us and were looking at this post to see all the really nice things we have in the store but we couldn’t help but share a picture of some of the cute puppies in need. We're so grateful for your patience while we work through this. Every dollar spent in our store goes right back to the animals, and they're counting on us now more than ever.

Thank you for standing with us. We'll keep you updated as soon as we know more. ❤️

📞 DM or email us at [email protected] if you can help

🐾 LOOKIN' GOOD IN HERE! 🐾

We've been doing some serious rearranging this week and the store is looking different than ever — so even if you were just here, it's worth another look! Plus, we're always adding more items, so there's genuinely something to find every time you stop by. 👀

To all our AMAZING new shoppers who've found us these last couple weeks — welcome! 🎉 And to our loyal regulars who pull up week after week like it's a part-time job — y'all are the real MVPs and we see you. 💛

Every dollar you spend helps care for the animals in our program. So really, shopping here = you're basically a hero. 🦸

🙋 WE NEED YOU: We've got a lot to sort through and could use more hands on deck. If you've got a little time to spare, stop in while we're open and come say hi — we'd love to have you volunteer! And if you think the store is looking better, like we do, please share, share, share—our volunteers will appreciate it!

We are exactly what we look like in our photos — and that's on purpose.

This is a thrift store run to help animals, not a boutique. Every table, box, and overflowing shelf you see here is stocked by volunteers doing their absolute best with donations that show up unpredictable, unsorted, and sometimes downright smelly.

If you came in expecting neat aisles and curated displays after seeing pictures like this one — we're confused too. This is what we posted. This is what we are.

If you love the thrill of digging through a box nobody's opened yet, finding a treasure buried under someone's old lamp shades — welcome home. This is your store.

If it's not for you, that's okay. But a bad review because we didn't magically become a different store than the one you saw in our photos doesn't help anyone — least of all the animals we're here for.

Got a couple hours? Come sort boxes with us instead. We'd love the extra hands, and you'll see exactly why it looks like this.

🎄 THRIFTERS, CLEAR YOUR CALENDARS 🎄

We are officially a TRUE thrifter's dream store — and we are not exaggerating. This place is PACKED wall to wall, aisle to aisle, floor to ceiling. Bring snacks. Bring water. Bring a friend to help you carry it all out. You will need every bit of time you can spare because you are NOT seeing this whole store in one quick pass. 👀

🩱🩳👚Our summer clothing is still $1 and dresses $3!👗

And yes... we know it's September. We know Christmas is "months away." But here's the thing — we ran out of room to store our Christmas stuff in the back, so we've just started hauling it ALL out onto the floor. Every. Single. Day. Until who knows when. 🎅📦

Is it too early to shop for Christmas? Absolutely not. Is it too early for us to run out of storage space? Also no, apparently, because here we are. So come get your holiday shopping done before the rest of the world even remembers Halloween exists.

🕚 OPEN Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 11am–3pm

📍 920 Wi******er Rd NE

Every dollar you spend helps cover our vet bills — so you get to shop till you drop AND help our furry friends at the same time. Win-win! 🐾

See you there!
