Tuning your Pure Logic Box for two stroke
Start with getting your fuel pressure set at idle, on many applications, pipes y pipes turbos will cause the idle to go rich the best way to tune this in is with your fuel pressure. When mounting your Pure Logic Box, mount it in a location that you can see it. As you are driving your snowmobile, or ATV the box will change colors to tell you what mode you are in, it will also display a number of lights. (The color is the mode; the number of lights is the duty cycle). A good tuning tool is an O2 gauge; at idle you’ll want it to read in the mid 14’s. Once that is set you can move on to the low speed (mode 1 Green) drive the snowmobile or ATV with the green lights being displayed on the Pure Logic box you’ll what the O2 to read in the mid 14’s. Next is the mid speed (mode 2 Yellow) this mode can also look orange or amber. Drive the snowmobile or ATV with the yellow lights being displayed on the Pure Logic box you’ll what the O2 to read in the mid 14’s. High speed (mode 3 Red) Drive the snowmobile or ATV with the red lights being displayed on the Pure Logic box. The O2 reading on full throttle will vary from one machine to another, due to back pressure on the exhaust. (Mode 4 Green/Blue) nitrous or main injector fueling for turbos. On normally aspirated engine this is for added fuel for nitrous applications, on turbos this is added fuel for boost (when this mode is active the green lights will be on the left and a single blue light on the right. (Mode 5 Yellow/Blue) On a normally aspirated engine this is the air temp offset, the higher the number the leaner or less fuel the lower the number is richer or more fuel. Turbos with secondary injectors is to add fuel for boost, this mode starts at 9psi. On Polaris this is the yellow switch point, it tells the yellow when to take over the green (lower the number the lower the rpm the higher the number the higher the rpm or switch point). (Mode 6 Red/Blue) On normally aspirated, Polaris turbo and M8, this is the switch point for the red (lower the number the lower the rpm the higher the number the higher the rpm or switch point).
