Happy New Release Tuesday! 🎉📚

After Saturday’s Rocket City Book Crawl, it honestly feels like we needed this shipment. 😂 We’re kidding…mostly. You all showed UP this weekend, and our shelves definitely took a hit!

We’ve got a fresh table of new releases ready for you, but we have to give a special shoutout to our girl Devney Perry! 💛 The gorgeous re-release of The Edens series is here, and she sent signed bookplates and fun goodies to go along with them! These editions are absolutely stunning, and we have a feeling they won’t stick around for long.

We finally recovered enough to post…😂💖

was absolutely INSANE in the best possible way. We honestly don’t have the words to describe how incredible the turnout was. It was bigger than we ever could have imagined, and our hearts are so full.

To our amazing authors who spent the day signing books, THANK YOU. To every Blush Babe who stood in line in the Alabama heat with the biggest smiles just to come shop with us, THANK YOU. And to everyone who spent the day driving from bookstore to bookstore supporting our local indie book community, THANK YOU.

This weekend reminded us just how special Huntsville is. The love you all continue to show independent bookstores means everything to us, and we’re so grateful to be part of a community that shows up the way you do.

This all started as a crazy idea back in January, long before we knew we’d have a brick-and-mortar store. Then life got wonderfully hectic as we poured everything into getting the shop open. We did our best to guess how many of you would come out for the crawl…and wow, were we wrong. We thought 300 sticker stamps per store would be plenty, but you all completely blew our expectations out of the water, and we couldn’t be happier that you did!

We learned so much from this first year, and we’re already excited to take everything we learned and make next year’s Rocket City Book Crawl even bigger and better. We love this city, we love our fellow indie bookstores, and most of all, we love YOU. Thank you for making Rocket City Book Crawl a day we’ll never forget. We truly couldn’t imagine Huntsville without this amazing book-loving community. 🩷📚
