I pack with utmost care, however, damages can still occur during transit that is out of my control. I’m not liable for any damages once it leaves my hands. Minor cosmetic damage or leaf yellowing are expected, please look at the pictures carefully before purchasing.
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE ONLY IF you choose to ship by UPS NEXT DAY AIR or UPS 2-DAY AIR. This does not cover cosmetic damages caused by shipping to the plant. An unboxing video must be submitted within 2 hours of receiving.
All sales are final, unless the plant declines in my care prior to shipping upon which a replacement will be issued if available.
