First off we would like to make a few things known. Kathy and I absolutely hate doing this more than anyone will ever know, but we feel as though we are being left with no choice in this situation. I absolutely despise fb drama, but I think the total lack or respect they have shown us and our little shop is uncalled for, therefore we don’t know what else we can do here. Kathy has talked to several different people at the courthouse as well as her attorney and her accountant several, several months ago and if she thought that taking legal action against them would actually get us what we are owed, we would have done this way before now. Which we know we would win judgement against them and they would have to pay what they owe us plus our accountants time, our lawyers time and any other fees that would have occurred during all this, but we would never be paid because I’m sure we are not the first company to get stiffed by them. There are two different families that we are having so many issues with and after hours and hours of thought and discussion, we are gonna post the items that are involved in each families situation and give them 3 more days (we were advised to do this) to allow them a few more days to settle the matter. Whether anyone believes it or not, we do not ever want to do to someone how they have done us, but it’s only fair that small local businesses know before allowing them credit like we did🤦🏼‍♀️ , but Kathy wants to hope that these two families will do as the other one did last night and make arrangements to pay and did so today. The family knows who they are and they all know this only involves a few of them not the entire family by no means. So please contact Kathy at 276-566-8282, myself 276-312-2660, send us a message or even stop by the house if we are not at the shop. Even a small amount, a discussion and a letter is signed, they’ll be no hard feelings. Even though they’ve told lies to us and about us, caused hours of worry and leaving us with a bill of $450+ we still believe things will be fine. Call anytime, day or night. We are praying that the situation will be handled. Lord I pray so hard…
